There were moments when we met ourselves again, sometimes we were startled, but since it narrowed inside us and caused ruptures and like water went down the drain, like running water we dissolved just that instant when our parts submitted to the extension/implosion.

Many juvenile prisoners have racist or anticonstitutional tattoos. In a pioneer project the Jugendanstalt Neustrelitz offers the prisoners to change them. The film documents the tension between the personal and political meaning of the tattoos. And analyzes the symbols as a language of power over images as well as over bodies.
